WHAT IS REIKI

In order to provide my clients with the best service possible and help them also from an energetic point of view, I have undergone training and qualified as a Reiki Master.

Reiki is an energy-based therapy that works at the whole body, mind and spirit level. During a Reiki session, the practitioner places his/her hands on (or a few inches above) the patient's body moving across in order to balance the body's energy field to restore physical and emotional wellbeing. 

These are some of the benefits Reiki can offer:

THE RESEARCH BEHIND REIKI

Several clinical research studies have demonstrated the effectiveness of Reiki. The Touchstone Project, a large and rigorous analysis conducted by the Center for Reiki Research, reviewed 26 Reiki scientific studies demonstrating that there is moderate to strong evidence supporting the benefits of Reiki in 83% of the studies. Reiki is currently offered as a standard part of care in many hospitals and hospices in the UK.
